Venerable memoirist Abigail Thomas reads from her new book, Still Life at Eighty: The Next Interesting Thing.

Jana Martin, recipient of the 2024 Susana Meyer Creative Arts Award for individual art, will lead a discussion about Thomas’s passion for spinning everyday life events into irreverent prose, the writing life with canine companions, and the memoir form in general.
