Celeste Graves leads seasonal Qigong excursions into movement, art and nature. This will be the first in a series.

Easy to follow, pleasurable movements restoring harmony and balance to the body, mind and spirit. Followed by Tai Chi and Qigong Demonstrations performed by Celeste and other students of the Qi-Arts. Also appearing is special guest poet, Mikhail Horowitz. All are then invited to join in a silent walk to the Historical Society grounds where we will conclude our winter excursion amongst the extraordinary trees that live there. They are expecting us.
